Quantity Surveyor - QS5 

The successful candidate will have experience of all aspects of quantity surveying, project management and a desire to work on high spec residential new build developments. In addition, local knowledge of the construction trade in the West Country is desirable. You must be able to demonstrate the financial control of projects from inception to completion. You may also be responsible for more junior surveyors so any supervisory / management experience would be advantageous. Duties of the Quantity Surveyor Within this influential role you will be performing basic take off's, bills of quantities, valuations, variations, costings, tender preparation and submissions, plus the final account preparation. You will also be expected to contribute to other commercial tasks such as buying and estimating.
