OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE AGENTS - OCC 

4 positions available for a full time contract with a company on the outskirts of Plymouth. The contract runs from now until the October, however it does have potential to run longer. Working hours are 9.15am – 4.45pm with a half hour for lunch, there is the possibility of working hours to fit around school hours if required, again for the right candidate. The hourly rate is £6.50 per hour with bonus potential for someone who would offer punctuality and a committed service to the company. An excellent telephone manner along with strong communication skills and previous call centre/telemarketing/data entry experience is a must along with good IT and typing skills – on average 20-30wpm. The eye for detail and accuracy is vitally important to this client and you will need to demonstrate superb customer service and confidence in handling any client queries.
